A Note from the Instructor

This session is not a medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have any medical, physical, or mental health condition, please consult your doctor, psychiatrist, or healthcare provider before practicing yoga. I also invite you to share any relevant condition with me so the practice can be adapted safely and responsibly.

Yoga prepares the body and mind for deeper awareness. Through posture, breath, and presence, we learn to observe sensations, listen to emotions, and soften mental tension. Without breath, yoga becomes exercise. With conscious breathing, it becomes mindfulness.

When movement and breath unite, we slow down and meet ourselves honestly. The breath becomes a bridge, back to the body, and back to ourselves.

Yoga does not promise to solve life’s problems or guarantee healing. Yet it is a powerful path of self-awareness and inner resilience. When healing arises, it is rarely forced, it unfolds naturally through attention, patience, and consistent care.
